Fall Walkies

Ever since I gots my stroller, me and Finley has been goin on lotsa walkies.

Da best part are dat I don't even have to walk, I just get to ride and let my momma push me round.

Finley has to walk though.

She and da mommas is settin a pretty quick pace now dat dey don't gotta walk slow for me.  Momma wishes I could walk, even slow, but yeah, dat's not happening.  Da good news are dat I are managin to stumble/hop round da house some.  But I drag my bad leg a lot and still don't wanna put much weight on it at all.

Some of da trees in our nayborhood are startin to turn.

Dey don't go all crazy like da ones up in New England does, but dey is pretty.

And I can see it all from my stroller!

I wore my turkey dress today - it isn't new, but it did get an update last night.

Finley's momma wuz buyin buttons on da internets and she saw dese lil turkey doods and thought my dress needed em.

Dey are pretty cute!

I just can't wait for Fanksgivin and turkey!!  Which is happenin on Friday da 27th in our house.  Cuz my momma's birthday are da 26th and after a bad 12th birthday when it was on Fanksgiving, we just celebrate Fanksgiving on Friday when her birthday are dat day.  Yeah, my momma are a spoiled princess brat who makes da family move a whole holiday for her.  Where did ya think I gots my princess attitude from???

  1. The dress is adorable, especially with the addition of the buttons. You have the bestest view in the stroller. I wish my Mom would get one and take me through the drive through at Arby's.

  2. Hahaha. Omgosh. That's great. Your mom moved a holiday for her birthday!
But it honestly makes sense because when her mom was giving birth, the family had to pretty much move the holiday then. Why not keep the tradition?

  11. On the tree turning thing, some of the idiots here transplanted trees from back home in places like Indiana. The confused trees start turning in the middle of January.

PS Gail says one of the things shel liked most about living in the USA is that you all have a big holiday weekend when it's her birthday (a days before your momma's) whereas here its just boring cold grey November.

  19. The turkey buttons are great! We hardly ever celebrate holidays on the proper day because of our humans' jobs. A day or two earlier or later is all right with us. Ghostwriter will be working TG day on evening shift this year. Maybe we'll do TG on Saturday.
