Although our mommas is not federal employees, dis isshue does hit close to home since Brinley and Finley's momma's daddy wuz a government meat inspector and he would been considered an essenshual employee and had to keep workin wif no money while trying to support four kids.
We heard dat one of our longtime Westies Unite pals' daughter are in a similar situayshun now - her husband is a federal prison guard and he is havin to go to work wif no paycheck and dey has a lil girl to support.
And here are da good part - da daughter sells homemade dog cookies and dey really are da best! We has been eating em for years and are BIG fans (da peanut butter bones are our favorite, but ya really can not go wrong here).
