Nashinul Lighthouse Day

Today it are Nashinul Lighthouse Day.

But Dallas are not known for it's lighthouses. A TV show from da 80s, bein where a prezident got killed, Neiman Marcus, da Dallas Cowboys, Big Tex . . . but not lighthouses.  

So what are a pup to do?

Da nearest lighthouse are hundreds of miles away and as much as momma wishes she could go to a beach, we didn't get to drive there today.

So we went wif wearin dresses wif lighthouses on em!

Yeah, it are not da real thing, but we duz look pretty cute.

Maybe cute enuf to get a beach trip???

Nashinul Lighthouse Day

Today it are Nashinul Lighthouse Day.

But me and Brinley has nefur seen a lighthouse. For some reason, we just don't have a lotta dem in Dallas. And even though Brinley's momma had menshuned a beach trip for us dis summer, it looks like it are not gonna happen.

So we wuzn't shure how to sell-a-brate. But den I found dis dress I in-hair-ited from Whitley - and guess what - it has lighthouses on it!

I even let Brinley borrow it for some photos.

So we found a way to sell-a-brate Lighthouse Day even if we are hundreds of miles from da oh-shun.
