Terrierific Tuesday

Furst up, some good news!  

All da kitties are over their kitty cold.

Which means I can play wif em again! I tried to play EXTRA today to make up for all da playtime dey had to miss out on, but momma said I needed to give em a rest and just play wif my tennis balls a while. Moms are NO fun. 

Finley's hip are still doing good. It's still in place and she's trying to go all over da place. Which da mommas won't let her do, so she has to spend a lotta time in da play pen or in someone's lap.

We didn't get any backyard time today since it wuz cloudy and in da 50s. What da woof weather?? Dis are Texas, it's sposed to be at least 80. 

At least it wuz dry, so me and Brinley got our walk.

Finley got an extra treat instead.

Momma won a contest on da book of faces, so me and Brinley got to be featured in da very talented artist and westie breeder Deborah Colvin Borgo's art every day today. We LUV it!   

Caturday Art

Hi pals! We had a pretty good day.

It started off wif us getting a lil bit of bacon - YUM!

And I got to go on a bike ride and we got to spend some more time out in the backyard.

Brinley wuz explorin da garden and I wuz all smiles to be out in da sun!

Now for da Caturday, errr, Dogurday Art, BOL. My momma FINALLY painted ME! She's painted all da other animals here - I guess she wuz savin da best for last!

Hi pals!

We's been having a pretty fun weekend.

Early morning walkies, time in da backyard . . . 

Unfortunately, da mommas thought we wuz lookin a lil uhh, fuzzy, so we had to get groomed! 

Finley says there wuz so much hair it looked like a whole nother dog!

You'll hafta wait till tomorrow to see da results since da mommas didn't finish until like 9:30.

We ackshually didn't mind too much. We both even gave my momma kisses when she did our nails.

I say we definitely earned some treats for dat one!

Oh and here's da art dis week - momma's Brinley painting. 

I think she should paint ME next, but it might be Bowie. We'll just hafta see.

Caturday Art

For da Caturday Art blog hop dis week, momma played around some in photoshop wif our pics.

Dose bubbles look fun (momma says dey are called a lens flair) - and definitely more fun da shhhhh soap bubbles.

 

But momma's photoshop experiments didn't keep her from grooming me today.

 

Not dat ya can really tell since dese pics are pre-grooming. But yeah, I can see where I'm going a lot better now.

 

Hopefully it means we'll be able to see squirrels better!

Momma also finished her painting of Finley! She's doing paintings of all of us - da cats were first, and then Finley. It are kind of a cartoon/abstract style, and dis are of Finley in her youth, so she has a lil bit more hair than she does now.

I can't wait till I get my painting!

Pretty as a Picture!

I get told I'm a pretty pup a lot. It are one of da perils of being really, really, ridiculously good-looking. But look at da beautiful pup in this portrait by talented artist Vicki Liu. Dat pup are pretty as a picture!

Now dat are pretty cool. Momma are gonna frame my picture and hang in it in the bedroom. I says she could hang in in da Louvre right next to Miss Moan-a Lisa and den Beyoncé and Jay Z could sing and rap next to me. But since Paris are far away and she wants to see my painting all da time, we are probably gonna keep it in da bedroom instead.

I think Brinley are wondering when she are gonna get a portrait!

Finley says I are not gonna better not get too big for my britches. WHAT? I don't even wear britches!

Caturday Art from Chewy!

Da udder day, I got a MAJOR AWARD™ from Chewy. It wuzn't my #ChewyInfluencer review items (since lazy momma hadn't picked em out yet) and it wuzn't a food order (da package wuz way too small, BOL!) So it wuz obviously a MAJOR AWARD (and yeah, momma happened to be watching A Christmas Story when da FedEx man dropped it off. But since momma watches Christmas movies pretty much nonstop in December, dat are not a HUGE surprise). 

And wow, wuz it. We got all kindsa fun stuff - a bag, a frisbee, a magnet, a koozie, 6 bandanas, and even more! I wuz really into da tennis ball.

But da tennis ball wuz not even da bestest part. And for ME, da Tennis Ball Queen to say dat, it had to be really good . . .

Since my momma and Brinley and Finley's momma are artists, dey wuz super eggcited to get paintings of us. And dey are so good - just look at how Josh capshured my BFF's cute face!
