Naughty Elves

So we's heard about how some kids and pups are plagued wif dese shelf elves that think dey are workin da NSA or da FBI or somefin and report EVERYTHING to Santa Paws.

We's worked out a deal wif our elves, Aubrey McTwinkle and Elwood O'Jingle. Let's just say we follow da code of Omertà here - a lil inspahrayshun from da DogFather is ya will. Dem elves give us a good report to da Big Man and we keep quiet about dere shenanigans.

Like present peeking. And we know they were looking just to see if it was anything THEY wanted.

So that's how them cookies are disappearing so fast.

Well, I guess that's ONE way to make shure nobody else wants to eat dat cookie.

Aubrey got caught trying to peek something else at Barbie's Christmas party. She said no upskirts and called Ken to come beat him up . . . 

So Aubrey and Elwood decided to pay for their pleasure instead.

Guess they are into brunettes dis year. But da shelf elves didn't stop their partyin there.

Aubrey seems to go for powder.

Guess Elwood prefers rock.

Of course da momma's liquor cabinet got raided.

We found em like this multiple mornings - all dat partyin can wear an elf out I guess.

So yeah, they might be naughty elves, but since we got da evidence, Santa is not going to hear about the 2 AM barking and how NotMe has been peein in da house. Dese elves aren't too bad.

Ya know what's better than reindeer to pull Santa's sleigh?

WestieDeer! We'll just pull Santa's sleigh straight to our house.

And if he leaves US all da toys and treats, it'll save him a lot of work on Christmas Eve.

Then he can get started on his post-Christmas vacay sooner.

Do ya think he'll fall for our plan??

Today momma decided to make us into a team of reindeers. Well, just as long as we don't gotta pull no sleigh.

Cuz if we did, we'd just pull that sleigh right to our house and unload everything.

On second thought, that whole sleigh-pulling thing duzn't sound half-bad . . .

We had to endure grooming today - these are BEFORE pictures.

It wuz not fun, but momma says we gotta look our best for Santa Paws. 

I wore my Santa on vacayshun dress today! Momma says she could use one of those too! BOL! 

We'll I've been talking about our tree for FUREVER, so I thought today I'd show it off.

Dere's a million and one ornaments.

It's kind of a big deal. People KNOW it.

Who's that girl??

There's 2 Crockett memorial ornaments - one my momma gave Crockett's momma and one her friends from the Dogster/Facebook group Westies Unite did. 

Even "dog people" loved Crockett. We all miss him.

As ya can tell, it are a VERY decorated tree.

Hallmark ornaments, glass ornaments, homemade ornaments, icicles, well, it's got a bit of everything.

And we wouldn't want it any other way!

Da mommas did the decorated cookies today.

My favorite is the westie! There's four westies - a Kinley, a Brinley, a Finley, and an Angel Whitley.  

If only we could get to eat em . . .
