Merry Christmas y'all!

Brinley and me had a sleepover last night in my room and we rushed out dis morning to see what Santa had brought us.

I wuz hoping it wuz something good!

And I wuz wondering when we wuz gonna get to presents.

I wuz so happy I got to spend Christmas wif my BFF.

Being wif her are da bestest Christmas present of all!

Well, a steak might be pretty close . . . 

Anyways, eventually we got to open our presents.

And wow, there were a ton.

Including TENNIS BALLS!

I luvs tennis balls!

I also got this comfy sleigh bed. Momma says I has to share wif Travis, but don't tell him, ok?

Brinley scored in the present department too.

Hey, uhh, BFF, you wouldn't mind if I borrowed those tennis balls, would ya?

Caturday Art

Well, we has lots to bark about, as usual.

But we is starting wif some Caturday (WHY DO DEY GET A WHOLE DAY AND WE DON'T MOMMA?) Art.

Ok, now on to some magical fun.

Ya might remember my momma has a thing for unicorns (da unicorn birthday cake . . .)

Well, and me and Brinley has cute lil unicorn dresses (and Finley has a matching jacket).

And now we has rainbow unicorn collars and leashes too!

So we are styling now. If styling are lookin like a 90s Lisa Frank trapper keeper (which it are, right??)

Finley wiz way happy bout da unicorns, BOL!

I wuz happy to get a bike ride for 2 days in a row!

It are kinda tuff in da winter to get to go, but I luv when I can.

Da mommas finally finished takin down da Christmas tree - it wuz a lotta work.

Dey also set up dis Harry and David basket turned cat bed on top of our crates.

 But da three of us says it are a westie bed!

It are mega-windy here today, so we is dressed warm and cozy in our fleecies.

Brinley looks like she are ready for a nap and winter snuggle.

Speshully after gettin some bacon for breakfast!

Hope all our pals are stayin warm and snuggly too!

10 Months!!

I are 10 months old today!!

Me and Brinley got a little trim last night - now we can see again.

And dis week somefin amazin happened - I has been gettin to sleep in da big bed wif my momma!!  She knew I wuzn't feelin da bestest cuz of my bein in heat, so she thought she would lemme up there. And I has been a perfect lil girl every night!  If I keep it up, I get to keep sleepin up there!

Tied Up

Hey y'all.  Well, yesterday I told ya I wuz back to stumblin round.  Which are good news.  But it made my momma worried dat I would try gettin outta da bed again in da middle of da night and re-injure myself (which has happened a couple of times).  Leavin me on da floor or puttin me in a crate overnight didn't seem like da bestest solushins since I'd be barkin and whinin to get up on da bed.  Den Finley's momma had an idea.

First my momma moved my Ariel blankie and princess pillow up next to da wall near da head of da bed.  What da woof momma???  My spot are in da corner at da foot of da bed, it has been for almost 13 years now.  She put my blankie on top of a big pillow and right underneath da Britney posters.  And yup, any rood comments bout my momma's musical tastes will be met wif a terrrierst butt bite.  Ya has been warned.

Anyways, I wuz confuserated.  I got even more confuserated when she got a leash and a harness out and tied da leash up to one of da corners of her four poster bed.  What da woof???  I's not into da 50 Shades of Gray stuff, and besides dis room are more like 50 shades of pink.  And I are more like 50 shades of white and off-white.  So I wuz gettin super confuserated!

Da leash and da harness wuz to keep in me in place overnight.  Da furst night, I wuzn't too happy - I wanted to go down to da foot of da bed.  But I has been gettin used to it and sleepin on my pillow real good for a couple of nights now.  Sleepin in da harness don't bother me and it are way better dan bein crated.  So yay for Finley's momma for havin a good idea.  And dat ain't da only good idea she's had lately - she got me somefin super speshul for my Gotcha Day - I can't wait to test it out!!

Sunday Selfie

Hey y'all.  It are gettin nasty cold out dere - we's been havin tons of rain all day and now da ice are comin.  

Dis are what I are doing - testin out da new big bed dat Finley's momma made us.

See momma, dis are da kinda thing you should be doin wif your time.  Not readin borin books and makin cards and - what???  Dose are my Christmassy cards you's gettin a jump start on?  Ok, well, I guess ya can do dat.  But ya know what are a total waste of time?  Dat hour your spent groomin me yesterday.

Whatdya mean if I wants stuff made for me I shouldn't bite ya when ya's strippin me?  You deserved dat one.  I mean, it are gonna ice tonight and you's strippin me??  What wuz you thinking???  I think I's just gonna go back to sleep now.
