As a lotta y'all heres in Blogville know, tomorrow are da Heart 2 Heart dance hosted by da Mayor Doodz, Murphy and Stanley. Da doodz asked me to write a post wif some fashun advice for ya, so here goes.
Da two main colors for Valentine's Day are pink and red. So if ya wear one of dose, you'll be stylin. My BFF and assistant fashun director Finley are showin off an all-pink ensemble.
Wearin somefin nice and cozy like dis are a pawsome idea if ya has to travel through da Polar Vortex to get to da dance, or if ya just like bein warm and cozy.
And boys, ya can wear pink on Valentine's Day. Ya know what dey say bout real men wearin pink, right?? But if pink or red are not your thing, you can still look stylin in another color. Here I are showin off a yellow hearts jacket, it are still Valentine's-themed, but a lil different.
Valentine's Day are all bout da hearts. Wear somefin wif hearts on it, and you is gonna be stylin.
I are wearin my hearts collar. Ya might be able to see it better if I wuzn't such a fuzzy wuzzy, but gettin your furs trimmed for da dance are definitely not part of my fashun advice. If your peeps make ya endure dat, well, dat are your own problem. I likes a shaggier look for myself.
Here I are showin off some more jackets wif hearts. A little jacket or t-shirt are pawsome for both boys and girls, but ya boys gotta make sure it don't interfere wif uh, well, ya knows. Your markin abilitees, let's just put it dat way.
Now, I knows some of y'all don't really like dressin up, and dat are fine. Dere are some simpler things ya can do, like bandanas or fancy collars. Bandanas are fun and dey basically just feel like a real soft collar. Even our kitties like wearin em, and if a cat tolerates somefin, ya know it can't be too bad.
Ya can wear your bandana wif a t-shirt or a lil jacket if ya wants too.
It are called layerin, but it don't have nuffin to do wif lyin down and takin a nap. Well, I guess ya could layer and lie down, but dat are not really da point. Just make sures ya's coordinated - ya don't gotta be matchy-matchy, but da colors should basically go together.
Finley does a pawsome job layerin - look at her rockin dat "I love you" bandana wif da hearts jacket and da cute lil hot pink onesie.
Another opshun for ya guys is bow ties. Ya know us ladies like a guy in a tie. I are borrowin dese pics of our Mayor Doodz for demonstrayshun purposes - dey know how to really wear a tie. Stylin guys!

Now on to my favorite, which are dresses. Us girls get to have a lil more fun wif fashun, well, it are only fair since life are tuffer for us, I mean just think bout what we gotta go through to get "fixed." Much less if we has puppies, da boy has all da fun and we do all da work. We deserves a lil more fun!
Dis wuz my very firstest dress! And it still fits! It wuz not made for Valentine's Day, but since it are pink wif da cute lil hearts, it are perfect.
If you's not a girl who likes pink (what are WRONG wif ya?) ya can wear red. It are also very cute for Valentine's - here I is wearin a red and white Valentine's Day dress.
Now I gots a speshul treat for y'all - Finley's momma just finished our new Valentine's dresses. We are only showin off one side of da dress today - after all, true fashuneestas don't reveal what dey are wearing before da big day. You're gonna haf to check back wif me tomorrow to see what I are wearin den.
