Happy Birthday Travis!

Today it are my kitty brofur Travis' 6th birthday! Happy birthday Travis!

I wore my birthday dress to celebrate and we ALL got some birthday bacon! Fanks for sharing buddy! I tried to give him some birthday kisses, but I don't know how much he liked em.

Now ya can see da results of da grooming me and Brinley got yesterday! Being pretty shure is a lot of work!

Hmmm, do ya think Travis will share his birthday dinner wif us Finley? I hope so!

Me and momma went for our furst bike ride post-crash. I wuz happy to go and it went very well (even if some people were staring at momma's stitches and scrapes - RUDE!) Oh, and her blood splatter stained da concrete on da bike trail. Guess my momma are a permanent part of Plano now, BOL!

Caturday Art

For da Caturday Art blog hop dis week, momma played around some in photoshop wif our pics.

Dose bubbles look fun (momma says dey are called a lens flair) - and definitely more fun da shhhhh soap bubbles.

 

But momma's photoshop experiments didn't keep her from grooming me today.

 

Not dat ya can really tell since dese pics are pre-grooming. But yeah, I can see where I'm going a lot better now.

 

Hopefully it means we'll be able to see squirrels better!

Momma also finished her painting of Finley! She's doing paintings of all of us - da cats were first, and then Finley. It are kind of a cartoon/abstract style, and dis are of Finley in her youth, so she has a lil bit more hair than she does now.

I can't wait till I get my painting!

Flower Friday

Happy Friday!

We has SO many pretty flowers to share wif ya dis week. Brinley and Finley's momma is such a good gardener! And my momma, uhhh, she takes pictures. 🤣

And now for da news (if ya is friends wif momma on da book of faces, ya probably already saw this, but we are telling our pals here too). Yesterday wuz a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day for momma. Me and her wuz going on a bike ride when a loose aggressive dog started chasin us and growling at us. Momma ended up pedaling OFF da path, wiping out, and bleeding EVERYWHERE! I wuz buckled in my basket and completely fine, but momma wuz not. She had to have three stitches and a tetanus shot.

She are bruised, scraped, and very hurty.

And very unhappy about being "permanently disfigured."

Us pups still think she's pretty! Even if she won't let us lick her face right now.

So yeah, dat wuz our week. Hopefully it can only go up from here.

MY Day???

Hmm, Travis said somefin about today being MY DAY, but he are so wrong. It are not my birthday until da 23rd! Silly kitty! 

I mean, I think it are a totally foolish thing to get confederated like dat, don't you?? I are shure Brinley and Finley agree, even if dey wuz giggling bout it. Speshully Finley.

My momma got all her bunnies out. Yeah, and I are a good girl and don't chew em.

I think I deserve a medal.
