My Trip

Hey pupses, I bet y'all are wonderin what happened to me since you has not been seein my cutie patootie face very much dis week.  I know, it musta been hard, BOL!  But I were gone because I went on a trip!  Me and Finley (and da mommas and Ally) went down to Kerrville to see my momma's grandparents!

On da way down dere (it are bout 6 hours or 6 million hours or somefin) I mostly slept.  I needed to reserve my energees.

I had a good time - da first thing I did when I were not even all da way outta da car was start barkin dose neighbor dogs of theirs.   I hate dem dogs and I luvs barkin em.

See dat big yard??  It are great for runnin round and barkin in!  Momma even got a video of me barkin it up!

Yep, I's a barkaholic!  I even got to bark some deer, dat were a whole lotta fun.  See dis deer?

Yeah, I barked dat Bambi good - stay outta my peep's yard and stop eating all dere plants deer!!!

But I did not spend da whole time barkin everything, I also spent some time visiting wif Nana and Pawpaw.

Dey are real nice and I got some good pets outta dem.  Finley got some biscuits and rolls, but I did not get dem since my momma were holdin me in between her legs while we ate since otherwise I would be barkin everybody for dere food and momma says dat dat are "not nice."  Well, I fink not givin me her food are not too nice, but at least I got some eggs, which Finley didn't on counts of her allergies, so I guess things evened up.  Eggie weggies beat bread any day.

Den we drove to Austin.  I got real excited because I recognized da smell - I started huffin da air and whinin and stuffs.  I used to live in Austin a couple of years ago.

See, I's happy to be smellin Austin!

We stopped at EZ's to get some dinner and I begged for foodz.  I did pretty good - I got some pizza bones and chikin.  I mean, who could resist dis cute lil face?

Den we drove very close to my old apartment, which I fink are kinda a mean trick since we do not ever go dere.  And I need to snoopervise dat neighborhood - it are bein overrun with other dogs.  And zombiez.  I saw dis akita dude walkin right where I used to walk and I growled at him good.  Don't he know I own dis whole state and I did not gives him permishun to walks where I used to walk???  Grrrr . . .

Da nextest day, we came back to Plano.  We saw some real pretty bluebonnets and Indian paintbrushes, but we did not get no pictures since we was on I-35.  Momma says we may go lookin for some to get pictures nextest week.  I were happy to be back in Plano - dere are nuffin like da smell of home.

So dat are da story of my trip!  Da mommas has been workin on Easter eggies, I'll show some pictures of dem tomorrow.  Happy Easter!!

They look soooooooo lovely and looked VERY happy to see you!! I sure hope that fiskal therapy stuff helps her to get better real soon. It takes a long while and it's very hard for Nana's.
