Scary Stuff!

Well, some scary stuff happened here today. And no, I are not talking about da dreaded BAFF. Ya know how I get to go on a bike ride wif my momma most everyday? Well, dis morning on da bike trail where we go, a woman wuz murdered. Da gossip on Next Door are that it wuz this homeless guy who wuz trying to break into houses and had been acting insane in a grocery store parking lot Friday. He's been arrested.

It are pretty creepy. Momma knows bad stuff can happen anywhere, but mostly our suburb are very safe. So tell your mommas and daddies to keep their eyes out and stay aware of their surroundings always, even if they live in a safe place. It can happen anywhere. So be like a terrier and be on alert always.

Well, since dat wuz some serious stuff, we thought we'd share a lil westie drawing wif ya for da Caturday Art blog hop.

Stay safe pals.

  2. That sure is scary. Your mom is lucky to have you with her on her bike rides because nobody wants to tangle with a terrier.

  3. That is very scary, but it can happen anywhere these days. That is why Dad won't let Mom walk us on the trail alone any more:(

  4. That's so scary. Where we used to live in North London there were lots of murders happening. That's one of the reasons we moved. But there are scary humans everywhere.

(We thought our area was pretty deadbeat and safe...until we had that home invasion in 2018...)

Good thing you terrierists (and us) are always on the alert, even when we sleep...we wake up if a feather falls down:)

That is a sweet lil Westie you sketched!

  6. Oh Kinley, that is much scarier than a baff. We hope the right person has been arrested and your neighbourhood is safer again now.
    Take care!
