Sunday Selfies

Hey pals. It's Sunday and it's selfie time.

We had a pretty good Sunday - an early morning (well for us anyways, 8:30 AM are early right??) walk, some time in da backyard . . .

Oh yeah, and some tasty treats too!

Momma and me also went on a bike ride and we left some flowers for the memorial for Sarmistha Sen. Our pretty bike trail wuz pretty empty today - we're guessing lotsa people are creeped out by what happened. We are too. As ya can see, lotsa neighbors were leaving flowers and shoes (since she wuz a jogger) in memorial. All those sneakers did smell interesting. Oh, and apparently there are camera footage of at least part of the attack and the police do have the murderer arrested.

  1. OH, Wow...

I am glad they got the perpetrator...doesn't help her family to bring her back to them, though...

Her family will be heartened to know so many others care.

  2. Oh my, that is so very sad. We are glad the man is caught and behind bars, but the loss of life is terrible. I hope you guys stay safe, and ever vigilant. But do keep on doing what you enjoy, the walks and rides, and help the community get over the loss.

  3. We have not heard about that, but how very sad. We jog with Mom so we can be her body guards. How terrible when someone is attacked probably for no reason.

  6. These days they'll let the murderer go.
Too bad they offed a jogger instead of a banker. I could have cleaned up if they left a lot of money.
