Flag Day

Well, it are Flag Day. AKA Torture da Kinley Day. I don't like flags. Or yard signs popping up. Or anything NEW on my walk.  

Finley says I are being ridiculous.

Brinley might get upset about flags if they wuz on TV. But since they is outside, she duz not care. 

Flags on dresses don't bother me. But those WAVING flags, I don't like those! So I wrote a lil song about it.

Dis Land Are My Land

Hey y'all.  I are feelin better today - da Arthur-Eye-Tis dude are not botherin me so much.  So I wuz happier goin on my walk and I were barkin.  I wuz even barkin a song.  Dis song are to all da zombie soccer players and other dogs who were walkin in MY field.  I got all inspired by another native Oklahoman, Woodie Guthrie.

Well, all dat bein creative and musical were exhausteratin, so den I had to go chill in da pool.

I played some pool ball, den I worked on my tan for a while.

Most da time I spent in da pool since it were HOT (over 100!)  Which are pretty normal for us in August, at least it are not over 110.

Twitter is A’Breakin’ My Heart

Hey pupses!  It have been a pretty busy week around here.  I got a bath last night which were lotsa fun.  Yeah, I love da baths.  Anyways, in between all the rolling round on da ground to dry fluffiness off, I gots me a twitter.  You can follow me - I'm @whitleywestie on there.  But after only one lil innocent tweet, I gots banned.  Dey reinstated me, but I were real depressed when I were banned.  My BFF Finley wrote me song to cheer me ups.

Why did Twitter ban me

As anybuddy can sure see

I wear lots more clothes
