Yeah, I wuz hangin out by da pool while momma tried to tan.  Whatefur kinda tan she thinks she can get in February.  I dunno what are wrong wif bein white myself, BOL BOL!

In some uneggspected news, momma has actually already cut out da fabric for my February dress.  And Finley's momma are gonna make me a speshul new Valentine's dress for da Heart 2 Heart Dance - I is goin wif dat cutie pie Scottie boy Seth.  We'll show em all blondes has more fun, right Seth??

In udder news, my hot spot are improvin some.  Da mommas has been usin bentadyne to clean me up (eggspect for da once a day I gets da full bathin of it) and has been wrappin it up wif gauze so da oozles can be soaked up.  It are real tuff to keep a hot spot down in a wrinkle dry, but I are a wrinkly westie girl.  Which are kinda different itself, but I likes bein different and you-neek!  If it is lookin better by Monday I might get outta goin to da vetman, so I's hopin it does get better.

Momma actually did it.  She finished my January dress in da month of January.  I are surprised.  She didn't finish it early enuf for me to model it for y'all, cuz it wuz all dark and da pics wouldn't have been very good.  So I'll be showin it off tomorrow.  Unfortunately, my hot spot are not doin too good, so I won't be able to wear it all day, on counts of scratchin.  Dat thing are just impossible, momma are doin everythin she can, but it is still oozin.  Last night after me and Finley got into a bit of Bitey Face, it wuz bleedin.  But not from Finley bitin it or nuffin, just from me movin round so much.  

But I can wears da dress for pictures tomorrow, and I wills.  Until den, dis are a lil preview and proof dat my momma did actually finish it today.  

She woulda finished it earlier, cept she went shoppin wif Finley's momma, who bought a real fancy sewin machine.  She better put it to work makin lotsa dresses and jackets for me and Finley.

Hey momma, ya is awares dat February do not have 31 days to make a dress??  It are only 28, you're gonna have to get to work quicker.

Hey y'all.  I survived today's Death March Zombie Patrol™ and even got to bark a few zombies.  I's been havin a real hard time on da walks for da past few days - I think da winter are makin my arthur-eye-tis worse.  And of course, I's a terrierist and real stubborn, so when I don't wanna go, I just lie down.  Momma keeps tryin to make me move though.  Dat exorcisin stuff are fine for her to do, I just don't know why she's gotta involve me in.  I do provide some good resistance work for her since she are draggin 17 pounds of stubborn westie round da nayborhood for an hour.

My hot spot are still not all healed up.  Momma says I are gonna have to go to da vet on Monday if it ain't better by den, so I need some POTP for it since I don't really wanna go see da Vetman.  I don't mind seein him too much, but ever since I had to get stitched up one time, I hasn't liked goin to da vet (even though dat wuz da mergency vet).  So I'm hopin it's better.

Momma wuz talkin bout cuttin out some dresses for me, so maybe she are actually gonna get to work tonight.  A girl can hope.

Well pupses, I are not feelin too hot.  Or maybe I are feelin too hot and dat are da problem.  Da problem are my back - I gots a nasty hot spot on it.  I's gotten em before, but dis one are da biggest and da worstest.  I gots in on da night on da 23rd, and it are still hanging round.

I would show ya a picture, but it are kinda gross.  Oozy, bright red, and my hair are fallin out where it are.  Da skin are also real hot to da touch.  Momma's been cleanin it off and I's been wearin jackets cuz otherwise I'd be scratchin and it would get even worse.  We gots all kinds lotions and stuff on counts of Finley havin da itchies, so momma's been usin some of dem on me too.  But da hot spot are still lookin bad and I's probably gonna have to go to da vet on Monday.

Dis whole hot spot thing are makin me feel kinda down, it seems like I been gettin more of em since I developed all dese back wrinkles - dey start down in a wrinkle and are tuffer to get rid of.  Here's hopin I can say goodbye to dis one before da new year.  I needs my furs, it are gettin cold out there.

Hey y'all - hope ya are havin a great Saturday.  We had some nice weather for Zombie Patrol™ today, it are bout 70 and sunny.  So yeah, all you pups dealin wif snow up to your patooties, be jealous.  :)

I wore dis Christmassy dress today.  It's got cute lil vintage reindeers and stuff.

Oh and in case you's been wonderin bout why I are wearin socks on my back feet in some of my photos - dey help me not slide round so much on da tile.  Dey are good for pups wif dat nasty arthur-eye-tis, momma found mine at Petco.

Hey y'all!  Happy Sepia Saturday!  I are havin a pretty good day, it are nice and warm here - it are bout 77 right now.  Yeah, I's rubbin it in.  And it are real windy too, so da leaves are blowin everywhere.  Which wuz fun weather to have on my walk.  Even if my momma forced me to walk when I woulda prefurred to sit.  I dunno what it are wif her and da walkin.  But I had a good time, I wuz even friendly to another pup who came up to sniff butts.  Momma were proud of me not tryin to start fights - well duh momma, I only tries to start fights wif big pups to protect YOU.  Sometimes she are so ungrateful.  

I gots a baff today, which I really liked.  And den I got da towel rubdown of bliss and got to roll round all over da place.  So it's been a pretty good day so far.

Hey y'all.  It's gotten real cold here, more like January cold dan November cold.  Of course, da cold here don't compare to Bawston, but dat doesn't mean my momma aren't complainin bout it tons.  But even da cold are not stoppin her from draggin me on da Bataan Death March taking me on a walk.  It are not really much of a Zombie Patrol™ since it are too cold for zombies.  Well, unless dey's Game of Thrones zombies, but I ain't seen none of dose.  Dey's probably up in Mini-Soda or somefin.  Anyways, momma actually expected me to be grateful for gettin to go on a walk in da cold and not try to sit down.  BOL, she are delushunal.  

We did run into one weird zombie dude drivin a car who had to stop and tell da mommas dat dey looked like pumpkins wif legs (dey wuz wearing UT sweatshirts today).  Zombies apparently got really weird senses of humor I guess.

Well, my Gotcha Day got even betterer.  I got a Häagen Dogs ice cream toy, den I got da real stuff too.  Not Häagen Dazs, but Bluebell Homemade Vanilla.  It sure wuz tasty.

Today wuz pretty good, I went on my Bataan Death March Zombie Patrol™ dis mornin.  And I barked some soccer playin zombies, I mean dey never once kicked da ball cross da street to me.  Who do they think they are?  Da only pets I got wuz from my peeps, even though some other people commented on my dress dey didn't pet me.  I bet dey wuz zombies, dat are da onliest explanshun.

Hey y'all.  We had a pretty uneventful Howloween here, only bout 8 miniature zombies showed up beggin treats.  I think it wuz all cuz of my barkin, but momma said it are cuz we's in da middle of da block and da peeps at da ends of da block keep dere houses all dark.  Whatever, I know it are all cuz I are so feroshus.  

Da mommas abandoned us and went to a Haunted House.  Dey said it wuz fun.  I dunno, cuz I wuz on Zombie Patrol here.  My momma dressed up as a flapper.

It wuz a lot cooler today, which I liked.  Momma didn't since she had to wear long sleeves and pants. It are not my fault she don't have gorgeous fluffy furs like me.

Well, I are gettin a lil jealous of Finley.  See, she are gettin all da extra attenshun on counts of her poor lil ear bein all puffy and her havin to be a conehead.  She even got to lick out two yogurt containers today.  Guess how many I got.  None!  What da woof!!!  Somefin bout me not even finishin my breakfast.  Whatefur.  Anyways, I guess I'd rather not get yogurt containers if it involved da Cone of Shame, so oh wells.  Maybe I are not too bad off.

P.S.  I are remindin y'all bout Kyla's Highland Games on Monday, October 27.  Me and Finley are gonna be hostin a pub right here and servin all kindsa scotch (and other stuffs) to celebrate Kyla.  If anypup has any speshul requests dat dey'd like to drink, lemme know and we'll try to have it on hand.

Zombie Huntin

It are dat time of year, da time when all da zombies come out.  Now, dey is out all year long and I are always watchin out for em, but ya gots to be on Triple Speshul High Alert in October.  Dere are even a zombie comin outta da ground right on my own block!  I's been barkin at it every time I go bys it, but it do not move.  Momma says it are just a Howloween decorashun, but I knows better.  See my momma, she ain't too smart and she needs me to look out for her, otherwise she'd get what lil brains she's got eaten by zombies.

And some lady on my walk told us dat we looked serious.  Well duh, huntin zombies are serious bizness!  It are not a big joke or somefin.  I are not quite sure she wasn't a zombie herself since she didn't try to pet me.  She probably wuz one.

Anyways, be on da lookout for zombies in your nayborhood, ya never know when or where dey are gonna show up.

Hey y'all!  I had some good barkin on my Zombie Patrol™ today.  I barked da cricket playin zombies dat hang out over in MY field - I don't know why dey wanna play somefin named after a bug, but dey does.  I don't like it, so I barked em.  And I barked a Kerry Blue terrier who had da odd-ass-ity to walk down MY street.  Dis are my terriertory, and I shares it wif my BFF and my kitties, but no one else.  And dere wuz some other lil pups to bark on my walk too and a whole gang of bigger dogs.  I got so busy wif barkin dat I forgot to Ted for a while, but den I remembered and lied down.  I dunno why momma complains bout me Teddin, she are da one who are always doin da exorcise videos.  I are just helpin wif da resistance trainin on our walks.

Hey y'all, I had some good barkin round here today.  Da repair dudes were back doin more stuffs to da house and I barked dem for hours or years or somefin.  I been busy barkin em all week.

In other news, Maurice are feelin better.  He has been startin to eat good again, and we's all real happy bout dat.  He had us scared!  He are bein a bit more active too, guess da Aunty-Bye-Otics and other medicines are workin for him.

Well, today my sunshines returned and it were not so boring.  Da day started wif a Zombie Patrol - I saw an airedale and a big schnauzer right outside my house and I barked em up good.  I gotta bark some zombies too, it were a fun time.

Den my momma did her exorcisin and I took a post Zombie Patrol nap.  Barkin zombies are a tuff job and watchin my momma exorcise are borin.  Until she gets real sweaty and den I tries to lick her.  BOL!  

And I got some bacon today since da Finley's momma made a big brunch.  Delishus!  

Next up was pool ball and lotsa barkin.  Den I got a baff, which I know mosta y'all hate, but I luvs.  Da only thing I are worried bout are da groomin dat usually follows a baff, I gotta go hide dat stripper.  And it are not da fun kind either, it are da kind dat steals my preshus furs.  Gonna go work on a good hidin spot.

Well, today were a pretty good day - I got to go on Zombie Patrol dis mornin and barked some zombies and den I gotta play pool ball dis afternoon.  But I heard somefin bout groomin tonight - I are gonna go hide!
