Christmas Eve Eve

Christmas is coming, it's practically here!

Yup, it's Christmas Eve Eve and at da Westie House, for once, all the presents are wrapped, all da cookies are baked, and da mommas is just relaxing wif da fireplace and da Christmas movies. It are kinda nice.

Ya might be wondering  why Finley didn't get a haircut like we did yesterday. Well, she's 14 and a half and tries to bite anytime anyone gets near her wif scissors. But my momma did successfully give her a mini haircut in da tub today - you'll hafta wait till tomorrow to see da results though.

In prior years, our pals have always liked seeing our Christmas decorations, so we thought we'd show them off again. There'll be more pics of the living room and the tree tomorrow.

The front door.

Da wreath.

The front door.

Three light up westies! Everyone can tell who lives here!

The wooden deers.

Da mommas like lights.

More light up dudes.

Our house is the brightest one the block. Not that there's a ton of competition.

Even momma's 'stang dresses up and wears antlers and a Rudolph nose.

Yeah, we like lights.

This lil dude are on the porch.

The backyard is decorated too.

As is the carport.

And the back fence.

Yeah, the mommas are the only ones in the nayborhood who do this.

There's even a wreath back there.

And here's our Christmas tree.

I'll show some more pics of it tomorrow.

Momma has me so trained to pose that I saw her taking pictures and started posing by the tree even though she wuzn't even trying to get a pic of me. I think I make a cute present.

Now for my momma's room.

Da wreath.

Momma says I are da real life Buddy da Elf. I DO like smiling a LOT.

Our cards!

It's like da North Pole in here.

There's Christmas stuff everywhere.

My momma's bed. Can ya spot Brinley on it?

Yeah, ya could say she likes Christmas.

He's new this year.

Her mini pink tree.

These guys are new too.

The countdown Santa!

I told ya everything wuz decorated . . .

There's no such thing as too much Christmas.

Obviously momma never heard less are more.

The lights stay on 24/7.

And Christmas music are playing constantly.

Somehow she always finds room for new stuff.

  3. Wowzers! That is a lot of Christmas! Mom doesn't mind decorating, but taking it down is such a downer we don't put up so much stuff. Your lights look great! We don't have outdoor lights, but maybe some year we will. Mom has no idea how to hang them up. Everyone around here has lights outside which we totally enjoy, so no need to light our house! Merry Christmas Eve!
