Sunday Selfie

Hey y'all.  I are doin a lil better - I are still not walkin real good, but I are movin some.  Kinda like my back half is drunk though, I wobble and weave.  My momma are still callin me Stumbalina.  I'll put up wif it as long as she keeps helpin me out by carryin me round.

It are still nice and warm here, so I gotta spend most da afternoon in da backyard, I even got in da pool and floated round some.  No pool ball or swimmin or anything like dat, just chillin on da S.S. Whitley.

And I finally got my first long-awaited bike ride today.

Momma just biked up and down da block wif me - she wanted to make sure I liked it and get used to bikin wif me in da basket before we tried goin too far.  Well, I didn't like it, I LOVED it!  I wuz grinnin when we wuz movin, even huffin da air.  Finally, my momma gets it.  Wheeled transpotayshuns - dis are what I want.  Movin wif NO work at all.

And momma didn't crash da bike and traumatize me or nuffin either.  So it wuz all fun.

I are ready for tomorrow's bike ride!

I like your selfie today, your schnooter needs a smoochie!

Yup, being the ripe elderly age of 13 comes with its issues...sorry that you have so much trouble and ouchies.
At least while I do stagger at times, I don't hurt in my joints, and I do run at full tilt lots of times each day.I have been using extra strength Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM for a long time. Pipo gets it too, but a lesser dose.It does help.

  13. Well Whitley you do look comfy there in the basket. Although I have to say I consider that to go within 10 feet of any bicycle is tantamount to consorting with the devil…

  27. What a great way to travel ~ the wind in the furs, lapping in the smells in the air. Why Whitley you are just so stylish. Thank goodness the basket is not on the back with a lid like poor Toto in The Wizard of Oz had to endure.
    Thanks for being a friend
